Just came back from Housing Development Board with my mum. Took nearly two hours to proceed our application for me as being the joint owner of this flat. All my current CPF balance will be depleted to offset the current 62K housing loan of this flat. Talking bout life suck I gonna top up with cash every month to meet the $409 monthly deduction from my CPF. Life gonna change, that's now a certainty. But aren't I'm glad that I'm able to shut the traps of my sisters bout forcing my mum to sell off the flat for now. Benefits being the joint owner of this flat, none. But appreciation and a peace state of mind written all over the face of my mum, priceless.

Gonna return back to work after this post. Gonna be hard facing her around. Someone whom I liked but I can't deny or admit. Now that's what I call tough.

Gonna pay my late father a visit as early as tomorrow.
